Firstly, Before shipping, once the paintings are finished, we will take photos by digital camera and email to you for approval. If not approved, we will revise or redo until be accepted.

Secondly, If for any legitimate reason, you are not satisfied when you get the paintings, you must contact us with 7 days after receipt of the artwork with information why and where you are not satisfactory(to help us improve in the following orders). After our check, you may return it for a full refund (minus cost of return shipping) or an exchange or being redone in the next order.

Thirdly, In this even the artworks arrive damaged, we will redo the paintings immediately for you. And you, please send a report to your local carrier about the damage. Then we will get compensation from our local carrier, if you get compensation from your local carrier, then please kindly send the compensation to us soon.
